*Annual or Biennial
*Small urn shaped flowers are usually white or pinkish
*A single plant can produce up to 18,000 seeds
*Generally produces a rosette the first year, and "bolts" the second year
*Forms a tumbleweed when mature, spreading seeds as it tumbles

Some control methods-
*Pulling plants out when small
*Mowing can reduce number of seeds, but plants can seed out under mower height and still release some seeds
*Herbicides, call our office for best herbicide recommendations
